Lawyer (avvocato), admitted to represent clients before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) and other higher courts. He has been studying Customs Law since 1980 and has acquired considerable experience in conducting civil, administrative and criminal litigation in the areas of customs, export controls & sanctions and product compliance. In this field he collaborates as a contract lecturer with the Departments of Legal Sciences and Business Economics of the University of Verona. He speaks at seminars and conferences on customs topics or organized by professional and entrepreneurial associations; he collaborates with sector journals and is the author of publications on this subject. He is a member of the Disciplinary Board for the Veneto and the Trentino Alto Adige Regions at the Regional Council of Customs Brokers (Consiglio territoriale degli spedizionieri doganali) of the Veneto Region. He is advisor to the Chamber of Tax Lawyers of Veneto, member of the National Union of Tax Lawyers' Chambers (UNCAT - Unione nazionale delle camere avvocati tributaristi) and acted as coordinator of the Tax Commission of the Verona Bar Association in the period 2014-2018. Lawyer (avvocato), admitted to represent clients before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) other higher courts, since 1985 she has acquired experience in the field of Family Law and is president of the Verona branch of CamMiNo, Camera minorile nazionale (National Chamber of Family and Juvenile Lawyers). Within this association, she is in charge of relations with other professions concerning the care of people and families, with particular attention to minors and vulnerable subjects. She is a family mediator registered with AIMEF, the Italian Association of Family Mediators, as well as a civil and commercial mediator. Since 2010 she is a member of OVMF- Organismo veronese di mediazione forense. Moreover, she is a founding member of Assamef - Associazione mediatori forensi and Unam - Unione nazionale avvocati per la mediazione. She has successfully attended the School of Advanced Training in Family Law and Family Relations Law.

Lawyer (avvocato), she has acquired considerable experience in International Trade Law, Customs Law and International Contract Law; she also deals with issues relating to Wine Law. She has collaborated with the European Public Law Organization and with the European Commission within the framework of the Europeaid Cooperation Programme - Alpha Dikia II, in the field of the rule of law and fundamental human rights. She obtained a 2nd level Master's degree in Droits de l'Homme, with a specialisation in Droits de l'Homme en Europe, from the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg (France). Among the most recent training activities, she attended the 2019 Summer Course on WTO and EU Trade Law in Trier, organised by ERA - Academy of European Law. She is author and co-author of publications on international law and human rights, and since 2017 she has been the coordinator of the Human Rights Commission of the Verona Bar Association. She is a member of the UIA - Union Internationale des Avocats, of the Camera degli avvocati tributaristi del Veneto, and of the PLDH - Plaider les droits de l'homme Association of the Université Robert Schuman of Strasburg.
